The Decorative Post is designed for in-ground installation. A mailbox is to be front-mounted (see photo above) as the support brace is designed to cantilever a mailbox (not included) forward, allowing more clearance beside and under the mailbox.

The Decorative Post is constructed of cast-aluminum. It is fully powder-coated and is available in Black, Bronze, Sand and White, the same 4 colors as the Coronado, Oasis Jr and Bellevue mailboxes. The unit consists of the post, finial (decorative top piece) and support bracket. Assembly hardware is included.
